Family with children will appreciate this place

The staff went above and beyond when we faced a medical emergency, always checking up on us and even extending our stay. I was really surprised by how well the kitchen was equipped, we cooked meals and enjoyed them as a family.

It was pricey but nothing too outrageous.

Absolutely loved the mountain views from our balcony! 🏔️ The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a full kitchen. Just wish there was a cozy blanket for the couch to snuggle up with while relaxing by the fireplace.

The two-bedroom suite had ample space, perfect for our group. The hot tub was an amazing spot to unwind after a day exploring. Cooking in the well-equipped kitchen made us feel at home. We took advantage of the laundry, especially after a week on the road. Staff greeted us with warmth and were quick to assist whenever needed. We loved strolling through Canmore—the scenery is stunning. However, the noise from the highway was noticeable, especially in our suite on the second floor. The pool also felt a bit small given the number of guests, and we would have appreciated some dining options on-site. Overall, a great stay, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience.

Oh, the mountain views were a dream, and that location was perfect for strolling into downtown Canmore! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Plus, the hot tubs were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Now, the hot tubs were shoulder to shoulder with folks, which can be a bit crowded. A heads-up that kitchen gear could’ve used a few extra pieces, too.

During my stay, I appreciated having Netflix available in the living room. It was nice to unwind and enjoy a movie after a chilly evening outside. The staff quickly assisted when our box was acting up and replaced it right away. It felt good knowing they cared about my experience.

The fire alarm was very sensitive and went off while cooking, which was inconvenient. Also, a blanket for the couch would have added to the comfort while relaxing by the fireplace.

Cozy retreat with splendid views

We woke to breathtaking mountain views every morning. The suite was immaculate, with a full kitchen, and the in-room washer and dryer were lifesavers after our hikes.

However, the road noise from Route 1 was bothersome at times, especially during quiet evenings on the porch. It made relaxation a bit tricky after a long day.

i had a wonderful stay at blackstone mountain lodge this past weekend! the views were breathtaking, the room was spacious, and the staff went above and beyond, making this break really memorable. it definitely exceeded my prior expectations during my last visit to canmore.

Spacious room, modern amenities, with a well-maintained furniture setup and a lovely pool area where we enjoyed some relaxation time after a day of exploring.

Entirely satisfied.

Consider asking for extra fans during hot weather, as the air conditioning may not suffice for comfort.

Amazing views and comfy stay!

The views of the mountains are stunning, and the hot pools are perfect after a long day of exploring. Staff was super friendly, especially Ruby at the front desk! Just wish they had breakfast options—would’ve been nice to start the day with a meal on-site. Still, I loved the outdoor picnic area!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the breathtaking mountain views from our apartment while relaxing in the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. The place felt cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of noise from kids by the pool, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. ☀️
